At DUKE + DEXTER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 21-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bag, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
